Abu Dhabi’s Higher Committee of Digital Government has announced that TAMM, the Abu Dhabi Government Unified Services Ecosystem, now hosts the first batch of Federal Government services.
The committee has announced that a number of Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) services have been added to the ecosystem. This milestone has been achieved through a collaborative effort between various Federal and Abu Dhabi Government entities along with private sector entities, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security, Department of Government Support, Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, First Abu Dhabi Bank and Magnati.
MoHRE becomes the first Federal entity to provide its services through TAMM. This achievement comes on the heels of the remarkable success achieved by TAMM since its launch, as it allows customers to access more than 700 services from more than 30 Abu Dhabi Government entities through the ecosystem’s digital channels, providing them with an enhanced customer experience.
At this launch stage, the TAMM ecosystem provides 10 MoHRE services including; Issue a New Work Permit; Issue a New Entry Permit for Domestic Workers; Issue a New Residency Permit for Domestic Workers; Renew Residency Permit for Domestic Workers; Cancel Residency Permit for Domestic Workers; Open Domestic Worker’s Sponsorship File; Change Status for Domestic Workers; Issue a New Work Contract for Domestic Workers; Amend Work Contract for Domestic Workers, and Cancel Entry Permit for Domestic Workers.
More MoHRE services will subsequently be added as customer familiarity with the platform grows across the community.
His Excellency Dr. Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, said: “Adding MoHRE services on TAMM will undoubtedly benefit our customers and streamline their transactions. We aim to add more services on TAMM, and overall, this was not possible without the collaborative efforts of our partners who share with us a vision for setting new standards for excellence, enhancing UAE’s leadership in digital transformation.”
His Excellency Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of the Department of Government Support – Abu Dhabi, and Chairman of the Higher Committee of Digital Government, stressed that hosting a number of Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation services on the unified TAMM platform is a crucial step aimed at enhancing the digital transformation process across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. It reflects the confidence of government entities in the robustness of the unified TAMM ecosystem as the bridge that links citizens and residents with government entities, helping accomplish transactions and achieve notable customer happiness by providing them with a fast and smooth digital government experience.
His Excellency said: “We welcome the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation as the first Federal entity that provides its services through the Abu Dhabi Government Unified Services Ecosystem TAMM. This exemplifies the continuous development of the ecosystem to include government services at the Federal level under its umbrella, and to serve customers in accordance with the best standards and in a way that exceeds their expectations and meets their requirements.

His Excellency Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of the Department of Municipalities and Transport in Abu Dhabi said that hosting the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s services through the TAMM ecosystem is an important and welcome step. It will enable companies to access the services they need easily, helping them establish and run their business efficiently and smoothly. This in turn will encourage more usage of the ecosystem.
His Excellency said: “We celebrate this new development, which will reinforce the digital transformation witnessed by all government entities. We, at the Department of Municipalities and Transport, reiterate our support for all such collaborations between various government entities to ensure the improvement of customer experience. It will help establish Abu Dhabi's position as a regional centre for innovation and digital governance. The TAMM ecosystem has proven its effectiveness in developing government service delivery, and we look forward to seeing more government entities, whether Federal or from the other Emirates, join this pioneering ecosystem.”
His Excellency Khalil Ibrahim Al Khoori, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for Human Resources Affairs, said: “Adding a number of MoHRE services to Abu Dhabi Government Unified Services Ecosystem TAMM personifies the principle of roles and services integration between Federal and local entities to provide high-quality service to customers and enhance their quality of life and happiness across the UAE. At the same time, we are strengthening the UAE's global position in terms of excellence and leadership in providing integrated digital services.
"Integration with the TAMM ecosystem helps us achieve one of the key goals of the strategic plan of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation. We efficiently reach customers of all categories and provide them with the best digital services around the clock, in line with the plans of the UAE government."
His Excellency also praised the TAMM ecosystem and what it offers as integrated services for customers in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Ports Security, said that the UAE has succeeded in achieving regional and global leadership in its service offerings and digital transformation and is working to improve the quality of life of its society, and boost customer happiness and well-being. He also mentioned that the success of the Department of Government Support represented by the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, in unifying government services provided to its community with a single platform, TAMM, represents a major achievement in this regard.
His Excellency said: “We are pleased to cooperate with the TAMM Ecosystem and utilise its unified platform to provide additional government services. We have taken several steps to include services provided by the authority on the platform and will intensify our cooperation and partnership in future. Soon, we will officially announce the launch of the authority’s services on the platform so that customers can gain easier access to them at any time and from anywhere around the clock."
His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Abdul Hameed Al-Askar, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, said: “We are delighted to host the services of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation as the first Federal entity on the Abu Dhabi Government Unified Services Ecosystem TAMM. This ecosystem has become the first choice for customers wishing to complete their government transactions quickly and smoothly. As the government service digital channel of choice, the ecosystem enables the public to access all Abu Dhabi government services from anywhere and at any time.”
His Excellency added that the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority continues its efforts to expand the scope of the ecosystem to include various Federal services, and to provide an integrated experience that meets the expectations of customers.
