Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region, the Emirates Arabian Horse Society is organising the fifth edition of Al Dhafra Arabian Horse Championship 2025 (Private Studs), from 16 to 19 January 2025, at Al Mughirah Corniche in Al Dhafra Region.
During its previous editions, the championship has been able to establish its position as one of the most important competitions for private stud owners. The championship provides owners and breeders in the Al Dhafra Region with additional incentives that enhance the development of Arabian horses in the region.
More than 500 purebred Arabian horses will participate in the competition, along with 302 owners. The prizes include the class category, where AED20,000 will be awarded for first place, AED15,000 for second place, and AED10,000 for third place.
The championship category will award AED30,000 for the Gold Champion, AED20,000 for the Silver Champion, and AED10,000 for the Bronze Champion.
The championship will also present the His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan Prize for UAE National Breeders in Al Dhafra Region, with AED20,000 awarded to the winners of the first three places in each category of the championship.
