The 4th Hamdan bin Zayed Shooting Championship Saktoon Rifle 0.22 for women and juniors, supported by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, has concluded in the Al Dhafra Region. The event attracted elite UAE and international shooters in a showcase of sporting talent.
Six participants were honoured with first, second, and third place accolades in both the women's and juniors' categories. In the women's category, Aisha Saif Al Darei claimed first place, followed by Shahd Awad Al Kaabi in second place, and Amna Khalifa Al Ketbi in third. In the juniors' category, Rawda Saeed Al Ketbi took first place, with Mai Ahmed Hassan securing second, and Sara Khalifa Al Muqbali finishing in third.
The championship witnessed the participation of 152 contestants from 14 nationalities, competing for a total prize pool valued at AED 250,000. The event highlighted the emirate of Abu Dhabi’s commitment to promoting sports and fostering international sporting relations.
