The 4th Hamdan bin Zayed Shooting Championship Saktoon Rifle 0.22 for men and juniors, supported by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, has concluded in the Al Dhafra Region. The event attracted elite shooters from the UAE and around the world, showcasing their sporting talent.
Six participants were honoured with first, second, and third place accolades at the championship, highlighting the skills of both men and junior shooters.
In the men’s category, Mohamed Saleh Al Menhali secured first place, Saeed Ahmed Al Kaabi took second place, and Nayef Saeed Al Ketheiri came in third. In the juniors’ category, Saeed Khamis Al Meqbali achieved first place, Mohamed Ali Al Menhali won second place, and Safyan Saleh Al Menhali finished in third place.
The women's competition is scheduled to take place from 1 July to 3 August 2024 at the Al Dhafra Shooting Club in Madinat Zayed. Both categories offer a total prize pool exceeding AED 1 million.
