The General Administration of Abu Dhabi Customs has issued Administrative Decision No. (33) of 2025, amending Administrative Decision No. (244) of 2024 concerning the establishment and regulation of customs centres within Abu Dhabi.
The decision includes the establishment of a new customs centre: Sir Bani Yas Airport Customs Centre, which will operate under the supervision of the Customer Service Office of the General Administration of Abu Dhabi Customs, offering a 24-hour service throughout the week.
The decision aims to set clear guidelines for the geographical jurisdictions of the customs centres within the emirate, defining their competencies, customs procedures and operational hours.
