Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, Mother of the Nation, and Honourary President of Emirates Red Crescent, has directed the treatment of Syrian earthquake victims at UAE hospitals.
Her Highness has covered medical expenses and all related obligations, and has directed Emirates Red Crescent to continue providing the required support to those in need.
Emirates Red Crescent has accelerated processes to admit the injured, and their families, into UAE hospitals, supporting their recovery in line with the UAE's efforts to provide urgent humanitarian relief in solidarity with its brothers and friends in Syria and Turkiye.
