The agreement between both entities aims to strengthen and advance emergency medicine practices through the exchange of experiences, technologies that adhere to the latest international standards. This is not the first collaboration between the two entities, over the past few years, DoH and IFEM co-led a series of impactful educational programmes and events focused on the advancement of emergency medicine. In late 2023, supported by the department, the IFEM organised the Global Emergency Nursing Summit connecting emergency nursing experts from across the globe to share knowledge, address challenges and celebrate advancements in the field of emergency nursing.
