The Supreme Council for Financial and Economic Affairs has issued a resolution to reconstitute the Board of Directors of Mubadala Investment Company, Chaired by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The other board members are His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Excellency Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, who will sit as Managing Director; His Excellency Suhail Mohamed Al Mazrouei; His Excellency Dr Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber; His Excellency Abdulhamid Mohammed Saeed; and His Excellency Saif Saeed Ghobash.
