His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region, has visited Al Dhafra Customer Happiness Centre, part of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, in Madinat Zayed.
Al Dhafra Customer Happiness Centre, a 6-star rated government services centre, was rated in the Global Star Rating System for Services in 2023.
His Highness congratulated the centre’s employees on their efforts to establish excellence in the government services sector and praised the centre for its levels of preparedness, quality delivery of services and performance of employees.
