The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) inaugurated a new ISKAN Abu Dhabi branch at Zayed City in Al Dhafra Region, to enhance the customer journey and overall satisfaction by providing convenient access to the authority’s services.
The branch offers a wide range of services to UAE Nationals, including housing grant services, housing loans, exemptions, the purchase of residential land, and housing benefits exchange services. The branch is open from Monday to Thursday, operating from 7:00am to 3:00 pm, and from 7:00am to 11:30 am on Friday. Beneficiaries can also apply for housing services through the ISKAN Abu Dhabi app. The digital platform provides all the services offered by ADHA.
His Excellency Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, Director General of ADHA, said: "By opening of ISKAN Abu Dhabi branch in Al Dhafra area, we aim to enhance our services to the citizens in the region. This new branch provides citizens with easy access to our services, facilitating their journey towards housing benefits that meet their needs and contribute to a better quality of life. This aligns with our objectives to increase customer satisfaction rates for housing services across the emirate of Abu Dhabi."
