The National Center of Meteorology has issued a weather alert due to an atmospheric depression in northeast Abu Dhabi, which is expected to particularly affect Al Ain, coastal areas and islands, causing light rains and fog until Monday, 8 November.
Cumulus clouds are expected in the northeast, as well as increasing clouds over the sea and islands and some northern and western areas, with possible fog on Friday and Saturday and rain from Saturday to Monday.
The public is advised to take precautions, including to drive carefully and slowly when visibility is low, and to follow weather updates and information from official sources.
