Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) has been recognised for its unwavering commitment to excellence in quality management and service optimisation with the Quality Achievements Award at a special ceremony held in Vienna.

Presented by the European Society for Quality Research (ESQR) to EAD for the third consecutive year, the award highlights the agency’s success in fostering quality-oriented practices that maximise the potential of its services.

The agency was awarded this accolade based on ESQR’s comprehensive evaluation process, which includes polls, consumer opinion research, and market studies, underscoring EAD’s leadership in quality improvement and its dedication to achieving impactful results in environmental management.
