Emirates Foundation today announced that its DAWAMEE Programme, launched to provide flexible part-time and remote employment opportunities across various sectors for UAE Nationals, has once again achieved exceptional results, surpassing its targets for 2024 and building on the significant progress made in 2023.

In 2024, the programme successfully facilitated the hiring of 304 Emirati men and women. A total of 763 interviews were conducted, and 345 job vacancies were announced through the platform in collaboration with government and private entities. Additionally, 978 individuals benefited from awareness sessions, reinforcing the programme's role in empowering job seekers and promoting workforce readiness.

The DAWAMEE Programme aims to support Emirati citizens over the age of 18, with a focus on people of determination, low-income individuals, and residents of remote areas. As a free digital platform, it bridges the gap between job seekers and employers, offering flexible, tailored solutions to meet diverse employment needs.
