The Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) today announced that it is all set to host RESOLVE 2022, Abu Dhabi’s first international dispute resolution forum on 16 March 2022. The one-day event, hosted by ADGM Courts and the ADGM Arbitration Centre, is designed to provoke, challenge and encourage the local and international dispute resolution community to drive change for a sustainable future.
The event aims to bring together thought leaders in the dispute resolution community as well as various sectors within the UAE and around the world to tackle the biggest issues facing global industries and explore strategies for their resolution.
Linda Fitz-Alan, Registrar and Chief Executive, ADGM Courts said: “As we draw nearer to the launch of the first edition of RESOLVE 2022, we are excited that soon some of the world’s brightest minds in the dispute resolution community will be in Abu Dhabi to share their insights and experiences, and to chart a new way forward for the industry. Delegates and participants that will be visiting the UAE will not only be able to witness first-hand the futuristic capabilities of the country, but also the ways in which we are engaging collaboratively in the dispute resolution industry and thereby contributing to the development of this field in the region.”
This year’s inaugural edition of RESOLVE 2022 will entail a comprehensive forum comprised of keynotes by Ministers, government entity heads and subject matter experts, with panel discussions focusing on the central themes of sustainability, fintech, cybersecurity and the UAE’s ‘Towards the next 50’ roadmap. The speakers and panellists will explore the most compelling topics, issues and opportunities affecting the dispute resolution industry today including new ideas, best practices and the latest innovations.
The Forum is also structured to maximise networking opportunities and facilitate speaker and delegate interaction and engagement. RESOLVE 2022 will provide a platform to network with the global dispute resolution industry leaders across government, industry, private practice and academia, and to make critical business connections. It will allow for collaboration and cooperation on a domestic as well as an international level.
