Under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, and Mother of the Nation, the General Women's Union (GWU) and PureHealth have commemorated Emirati Women's Day, highlighting the first group of Emirati women in the Emirati Women Chapter (EWC).

Launched in March 2024 under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the initiative provides Emirati women across various fields with mentorship and skills development. The programme enables members to make a meaningful contribution to societal progress and to bolster the UAE’s ongoing sustainable development.

On the occasion of Emirati Women's Day, PureHealth, in collaboration with its strategic partner, the General Women's Union, has highlighted the achievements of the EWC programme. The initiative is dedicated to investing in Emirati women across various fields by providing tailored development plans for each participant, enabling them to fully harness their potential and talent, and achieve a high level of success and leadership in their respective fields.

The initiative has provided specialised training to Emirati women in diverse areas, including public health, literature, and public speaking. The programme is designed to support participants through various stages, having delivered more than 530 hours of training by leading experts in their respective fields. The initiative aims to equip participants with the essential tools to develop leadership skills, build confidence, and enhance pride in their identity, while also inspiring and supporting their personal and professional growth. The participants will continue their journey towards graduation through practical field experiences, which will provide them with the necessary knowledge to excel in their various domains.
