Under the patronage of Shamsa bint Hamdan bin Mohammed, Ataya will use proceeds from the Ataya Exhibition 2021 to provide fully funded scholarships to 200 nursing students, in partnership with 10 universities across seven countries, including the UAE.
Proceeds from the fashion and crafts event, organised by Eemirates Red Cross, will be used to fund nursing education programmes in the UAE, Albania, Bosnia, Egypt, India, Mauritania and the Philippines, to support healthcare services. The online exhibition runs until 31 May.
