His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, and His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes’ Affairs, have attended the Abu Dhabi Government Ramadan Majlis (Barzat Abu Dhabi), held at Qasr Al Hosn and running until 13 March.
Barzat Abu Dhabi was also attended by a number of sheikhs, senior Abu Dhabi government officials, and employees from various government departments and entities.
The event aims to strengthen relationships among government employees and foster communication channels that build strong connections within the government ecosystem.
Their Highnesses exchanged Ramadan greetings and well wishes with attendees, praying for this blessed month to bring prosperity and blessings to the UAE, its leadership, its citizens, and residents.
His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan underscored the cultural significance of Majlis gatherings in Emirati heritage as important social forums that facilitate communication and discussions on various matters of interest.
His Highness further highlighted the role of Barzat Abu Dhabi in reinforcing the strong social bonds that define UAE society, noting that this annual event reflects the leadership’s commitment to fostering a cohesive and resilient community rooted in unity and collaboration.
His Highness also pointed out that Barzat Abu Dhabi aligns with the ‘Year of Community’ initiative, which embodies the leadership’s vision to enhance social ties and strengthen national belonging.
During the gathering, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan met government employees and their families, engaging in warm conversation and emphasising the role of family stability in creating a positive environment that fosters productivity and a healthy work-life balance, ultimately contributing to the UAE’s comprehensive development.
Employees’ families also participated in the accompanying activities of Barzat Abu Dhabi, which included interactive workshops on traditional handicrafts, art exhibitions, and live cultural and musical performances. The diverse programme catered to all age groups, celebrating the richness of Emirati heritage and deepening the sense of national pride among citizens.
