As part of its Ramadan events, The National Library and Archives, in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture, hosted a lecture on Al-Malid: Thriving Cultural Heritage, which included performances by the Al-Malid Ensemble, part of Abu Dhabi Arts Society, highlighting traditional art forms in the emirate.
The lecture was held in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Salem bin Khalid Al Qassimi, Minister of Culture, His Excellency Abdullah Awad A Nuaimi, Minister of Justice, Her Excellency Noura Al Kaabi, Minister of State, and His Excellency Abdulla Majed Al Ali, Director General of The National Library and Archives.
